"Ya bleedin' pig!"

Kes, a snapshot into a young boy's life as he trains a wild falcon, had it's light moments but was pretty bleak for the most part. The English (Yorkshire to be exact) slang often served as comic relief for myself. I've taken to calling my cellphone a "bleedin' pig" when it decides to die after only 4 hours of use. Another great film thanks to my brilliant film professor. I forgot to mention Kikujiro here, a Japanese film I saw last week. To be honest, I had tried to watch it on my own once, but my short attention span at the time wouldn't allow me to sit through something so uniquely-paced as Kikujiro is. They're both fantastic movies, I highly recommend them! :)
