Yesterdays post made it sound like I'm depressed. I can assure you that I'm not. I was merely stating some long term goals that seem to always be out of reach for me. But rest assured I am taking some steps in the right direction as of this weekend. For example, just tonight I attended the first of three classes I am taking at LACC. I've signed up for Flash Web Animation, Intro to Dreamweaver, and Intro to Final Cut Pro. The last of which started this afternoon at 6pm and went on until 9pm, so I am a little tired of staring at a computer screen.

These classes will definitely expose me to some programs I've been meaning to learn and help break up the onset monotony of my work schedule. The novelty of working at the Dildorium Emporium has worn off a little, but besides the busywork I really have no valid complaints. I'm just grateful to have a job in this economy. I have been doing a little design work for them as well, mostly flyers and banners for customers to distribute amongst their stores. That must count for something right?

So maybe I was being a tad dramatic, but it is what I felt at that moment in time.
